Our flagship KIS Beam series load cells, incorporating a unique doublecantilever shear beam design, maintain unparalleled insensitivity to disturbances such as vibration, thermal expansion and lateral forces. Our weigh modules, incorporating the load cell, stainless steel clamping block and mounting yoke are ready for easy installation in your machine.
In addition to our wide range of standard load cells and modules, we can rapidly customize any product for your application, or create a fully customized load cell or complete weigh module that meets your specific requirements, for any capacity up to 4000 tons (40 MN), or more.
Instruments
Our weighing and force measurement instruments, developed and manufactured by us to the highest standards, provide outstanding ease of use, flexibility and reliable performance in industrial environments. BLH Nobel instrumentation is available with more than 250 application software packages that can be adapted to your needs. We can also custom-develop instrumentation, including customized software, to meet highly specialized requirements.
Featuring advanced diagnostics and control functionalities, our instruments are exceptionally easy to set-up and use, and they communicate easily with most factory networks. The interface and extensive documentation are available in {XXXlanguage } and other languages.
Our instrumentation portfolio includes G5 single-channel process and control instruments, G4 multi-channel process instruments, and Generation 3 instruments for strain gage load cell-based weighing system monitoring and control. The G6 dual-channel process and control instrument will be released soon.

Force Transducers & Tension Measurement Modules
BLH Nobel web and strip tension measurement products expertly handle any level of tension force, with market-leading accuracy and reliability. Leveraging our best-in-class KIS Beam load cells and robust unit construction, our tension measurement modules are field-proven for over 20 years in demanding applications in harsh environments like steel mill strip tension sensing paper machine web tension.
The modules are easy to retrofit to any web tension unit and can be easily tailored to the existing bearing house without additional mounting plates. The standard KIS load cells can be replaced easily and cost-effectively, with no need to remove or swap out the rest of the unit.
We offer a variety of standard tension measurement modules, as well as custom solutions with a customized mechanical assembly — any machine, any web tension application.
Pressure Transmitters
Our pressure transmitters provide real-time data to ensure the safety and integrity of equipment and processes in varied industries. With their rugged casing and high shock and vibration immunity, they are ideal for harsh and corrosive environments, such as offshore and petrochemical applications, milking parlors, and production plants for food & beverage, and pulp & paper. Our unique electro-hydraulic servo systems for high-accuracy positioning, force and pressure control are based on our extensive experience in control and regulation technology. Using our highly accurate and reliable standard components, we create customized solutions that significantly improve machine efficiency and output quality. Our hydraulic control systems are used in paper plants and sawmills around the world.
Calibrators & Diagnostics
The BHL Nobel range of load cell testers, pocket calibrators, and service and calibration kits provide high-precision measurement and diagnostics capabilities for testing, calibrating and troubleshooting load-cell based force measurement and weighing systems. They leverage our extensive experience in manufacturing, commissioning and supporting force measurement and weighing systems, and the deep expertise gained throughout operating our accredited calibration laboratory.
Scales
As part of our end-to-end offering, we provide platform heavy load (PHL) scales and progressive load balancing (PLB) table scales that deliver high accuracy and repeatability in industrial applications. They are available in a range of capacities and sizes, and in different materials, including stainless steel for harsh environments.
